Research Communication with China

Some members of our laboratory and others visited China for research communication on qigong and anomalous somatic functions.

Program: Research Exchange of Anomalous Somatic Functions

Date: November 17-30, 1996.

City: Shanghai, Beijing.

We visited the Qigong Institute of Shanghai Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Shanghai Qigong Institute) at Shanghai, and the Chinese Academy of Somatic Science at Beijing. We met some major researchers in China.

Qigong Practice (in Beijing)

This photograph was shot in an early morning in winter. Many people enjoy qigong practice in China. They may do it for his/her health and social communication. We could not find young persons at that morning, but we found some senior persons enjoying social dance at the other place.
